Samlesbury Hall Wedding Photography | Alison and Dave

December 23, 2019

Introducing Alison and Davids stunning Winter Wedding at the amazing Samlesbury Hall in Lancashire.

Meeting Alison and her bridal party in the lodge prior to the wedding there was a definate buzz, today was going to be a good day.

Alisons hair and makeup done to perfection by the super talented Jennifer Perry make up.  The groom Dave was nervously waiting for his bride at the historic hall, looking dapper in his green top hat.

Beautifully dressed the venue looked stunning, and a group effort from friends and family adding all the finishing touches. Splashes of Harry Potter, Game of thrones and other personal favourites were discreetly included into the decor.

A lot of thought and personality was injected into making this day very personal. A beautiful ceremony that included readings and Alisons brother being the ring bearer concluding in the newly pronounced new Mr and Mrs Gaunt.

Drinks reception was held in the great hall with candelabras adorning the place, roaring log fires keeping the February cold at bay. The perfect setting for a Winter Wedding. Alongside the historic Samlesbury Hall the well maintained grounds and gardens providing the perfect backdrop for the photographs.

The Wedding breakfast began and soon onto the emotional and heart felt speeches. This was definitely one that you needed to bring tissues for.

Into the evening live music from Steve Ling soon got the party started. The dance floor filled whilst the band blasted out a range of classics.

We would like to thank the team at Samlesbury Hall for their hospitality on the Day and also to Alison and Dave for choosing us to capture their day.
